American Access Technologies (AAT) has been located just south of Jacksonville Florida for over 25 years. With two manufacturing buildings (~70,000 sq ft / 12.2 Acres), contemporary equipment and a knowledgeable, experienced work force, American Access / Omega Metals is one of the premiere Precision Sheet Metal Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturing facilities in the south east. AAT is a “Lean Manufacturer”, and is ISO Certified 9000-2001.

Our TRUMPF brakes are integrated into our network and may be programmed
via the TRUMPF ToPs Programming Suite. Programs may then be uploaded
directly to the brakes, eliminating the need for all but basic tooling setup.

Our 70,000 square ft. facility incorporates a wide range of manufacturing capabilities, allowing us to fabricate all sheet metal components of its Telecommunications Enclosures. Fabrication capabilities include shearing, CNC punching and forming as well as a variety of welding techniques. Finishing capabilities include aluminum conversion coating, spray painting, silk-screening and powder coat painting. This manufacturing flexibility allows American Access to rapidly respond to specialized customer requirements as well as meeting production stock orders.
At American Access our Engineering group designs products for ease of use, practicality & manufacturability. We can provide technical assistance for any projects, especially those that have special requirements. We have designed quality into our products to provide years of trouble free service.
